Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Elizabeth is dedicated to making major contributions towards the advancement of good, oral health care. She continues to be actively involved in independent as well as community-based projects, such as collaborating with a mobile dental team that traveled to assisted living & long term care homes. She was also the lead dental hygienist for patients at WakeMed, Baptist Hospital (Winston-Salem) & Charlotte Medical Center, who were medically & physically compromised. Good oral health has no borders & as a result, Elizabeth traveled with a medical/dental team to Belize & Haiti to offer her expertise as both a dental healthcare specialist & oral health educator. Elizabeth is proud to share that she has been a Breast Cancer survivor since 2008.
